GM Designs was started by Gabriel Martinez in March 2022. The company is based in Texas, USA, with cymbal production by Turkish cymbalsmiths. Mr. Martinez is developing new and interesting cymbal ideas that are more than the standard models usually seen. As of September 2023, the company offers over 50 different products, with new items introduced each month.
They produce the world's first Triangle and Finger Cymbals made of B20 alloy. They were also the first company to offer a ride cymbal with a 10" bell.
All cymbals are hammered and lathed by hand. Cymbals are available from 3" up to 28".
