Review: This little one can have a LOOOOONG sustain when really hit hard (it is about as thick as a cd jewel case), but if lightly tapped, it can be used for accents if playing in medium to loud music. I don't recommend this to anyone who wants quick accents all the time, your best bet would probably be a Bell instead. I use this to imitate the crotale intro in Rush's "YYZ".

Review: I think the sustain is too much for it to be a useful effect. The attack and note themselves are nice, but the sustain is overkill. I'll probably just go back to using a 2oo2 cup chime.
