Background: 302 introduced in 1993 and discontinued in 2003. 302 Plus Introduced in 2003 and discontinued in Spring, 2005.
These are entry level strictly for beginners.
“The 302 & 302 PLUS both are made from MS63 brass alloy and have a nice, even sound, yet can deliver power on demand.”
MS63 is a cheap alloy and easy to work with, some claim lesser tonal properties unlike B20-B25, or B15, B10, B8, and even NS12, which is not disputed.
These are Beginner Level cymbals, at very low price range. The PLUS version has been give the Sonic Texture in 2003.
