Review: "The 18" Power Crash was a strong-sounding cymbal with an explosive quality, good sustain, and a deep pitch."
Review written by Adam Budofsky (Modern Drummer, February 1989, p.48)
Review: The Power Crashes in this series are a bit lighter than their counterparts in the 2002, 3000, and Signature lines. This 2000 is glassy sounding, with a good amount of body and sustain. Crashing it repeatedly for a big wall of sound at the climax of a song can be done with ease. I left a video above of my cymbal that accurately represents it.
