Review: "HHX Splash cymbals come in 10″ and 12″ sizes. They’re a good match as a pair, with a nice interval between them. The 10″ is quite bright – as we expected – but the 12″ has a lot of “kuh” in the sound. Both are louder and more full-bodied than other splash cymbals we’ve heard. The 12″ could pass as a crash cymbal instead of a splash. We hope Sabian develops an 8″ HHX splash."
