Meinl's Description: <<< - >>>
Review: "The 18", 19", and 20" Powerful crashes were an eye- and ear-opening experience for me. I usually find large crashes to be cumbersome and "clanky". Such was not the case here. The cymbals sounded huge, and I'm confident that they could hold their own at high volumes. Their pitches deepened as the sizes increased, and they were thick enough to sustain a ride pattern. I also tried building up rolls with mallets. Whew! You'd need ear protection with these guys."

Review: "The three Powerful crashes are much heavier, louder and harder-sounding. They explode into life with an almost glassy-brightness and are cutting as a result. The 18" and 19" models are wincingly loud, but the 20" is quite intense."
