Review: "Meanwhile the 18" China was like fire on a stand. It had a very quick response for accents, yet it also had a dark undercurrent that led me to consider riding on it. Given its thin nature, I didn't get the stick response as with thicker models, but the sound was well worth it. When I tried mallets on it, it just kept burning hotter."
