Review: I did a side-by-side comparison with a RUDE 20" Thin Crash (2019 grams), and the Alpha (2055 grams) was just slightly darker sounding, cleaner, and forgive the term, but more "musical" than the RUDE cymbal. Volume-wise, they were both about the same, with the RUDE unsurprisingly being just a little louder.
As the Alphas are discontinued, these 20" Rock Crashes don't seem to be so common, so when I saw one, I had to try it.
I'll be doing a side-by-side video in the future.
