Innovation: 1000 HAND & SUSPENDED series was a heavy Hand cymbal line, an orchestral/marching cymbal made of CuSn8 bronze (2002 Bronze), professional Level.
Available in Standard, Colorsound, and Reflector finishes, the Colorsound coating was applied on the top only, with a reflector finish on the bottom.
Short lived, the 1000 Colorsound versions were eventually replaced by the Colorsound 5's.

Innovation: 900 HAND & SUSPENDED series was a medium Hand cymbal line, an orchestral/marching cymbal made of CuSn8 bronze (2002 Bronze), professional Level.
Available in Standard, Colorsound, and Reflector finishes, the Colorsound coating was applied on the top only, with a reflector finish on the bottom. Some of the first Colorsounds to be introduced.
Background: An orchestral/marching cymbals made of CuSn8 bronze (2002 Bronze) The 900 series was an Medium Hand cymbal line, as much as a Suspended cymbal line. They were also available with COLORSOUND and REFLECTOR finishes. Colorsound finish were available in Red, Blue, Black and Green, for other colors, by custom order directly from Paiste
