Review: "When you get up to this size in china cymbals, they become too slow in response to be effective as a crash. The 22" medium was okay as a ride cymbal, giving pretty good stick definition. The 22" thin, however, had an annoying "gonginess" when ridden that got in the way of the definition. Both of these cymbals were low-pitched with a lot of sustain, but as a ride cymbal, I preferred the medium."
