Traditionals
- The Medium Light hi-hat is very soft and sensitive with a dark, slightly "wet" stick sound and a silvery, fragile chick. The open/closed sound is full, warm and dry. It reacts quickly to changes in footwork. (1)
- Dark, warm, silvery. Wide range with fairly complex mix. Soft, responsive feel. Full, warm open sound. Loose, "soggy" chick sound. Well suited for fairly open, traditional swing pattern style playing.

Soft, responsive feel. Full, warm, open sound. Loose, soggy chick sound. Perfectly suited for traditional swing patterns, but also well usable for other acoustic styles like Blues, Country, Soul or Gospel.
