Review: They're big and loud, as you'd expect from hats of this size. Being this weight, the tone is warm, not "biting" or "brittle". They are a little slow to respond though, but if you're looking for sloshy, you're reading the right review. I liked going from open to closed with the stick. (The open sound was one that I really liked.) Played with the foot was, well, a little disappointing, going back to what I said earlier about these having a slow response.
